The Dineen Hall is the modern, sustainable building housing Syracuse University's College of Law. It offers advanced classrooms, faculty offices, and collaborative spaces, with a focus on environmental sustainability.
The project included mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design systems for the Academic Building. Aiming for carbon neutrality by 2040, the building was awarded the U.S. Green Building Council Gold Certification, featuring LED lighting, extensive metering, and supplemental equipment for climate control during transitional seasons.
